Due to recently tightened measures, it has become mandatory to leave your contact details when visiting a hospitality venue.

To avoid collecting customer contact details in a cumbersome (and non-Covid-proof) way, there are fortunately simple digital alternatives. Filling in details with pen and paper is by definition not Covid-proof: people touch the pen and paper, just as the person before and after them does. On top of that, paper lists are easily lost — which is certainly undesirable when personal data is involved. Should there be reason to conduct contact tracing, the information must also be quickly retrievable.

Contact Tracing via QR Code

Upon arrival, the customer scans a QR code with their mobile device, after which a short input form opens where they can leave the required contact details. The data of all customers is then stored in a well-secured database. After a legally defined period, this data is automatically deleted. For both the customer and the venue, this method is extremely user-friendly and secure!

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Registering visitors is already mandatory in sectors such as hospitality. Our Contact Tracing solution is designed so that:

  • Customers can now agree to the legal terms much more quickly.
  • The mandatory details can be added easily, quickly, and in a Covid-proof manner.
  • Customer data is stored more securely than on paper.
  • A report can be generated in a very straightforward way.
  • Branding and marketing are strengthened.

Security and Privacy

  • The stored data is not intended for marketing purposes.
  • After the legally defined period, the data is automatically deleted.
  • The data will only be made available to an authority acting on behalf of the location, such as the GGD.
  • Data security complies with standard security policy.

Contact Tracing can of course be linked to digital signage, the electronic menu, the WiFi, and other digital features.
