In many buildings, making structural modifications is difficult, and/or using existing IT networks is not quickly feasible due to processes and procedures (of third parties). With our Climate Sensors, we can implement a solution extremely fast.

What we did

Happy Building is a unique combination of (1) measuring building behaviour, (2) measuring user behaviour, and (3) actively measuring user satisfaction. The system uses big data technology, high-quality sensor technology (including climate), presence detection, and app technology.

The uniqueness of this concept lies in the fact that it (1) operates completely independently of any existing climate control system, making it suitable for any existing or new building, (2) actually tracks the presence of the user, and (3) makes the big data directly accessible for optimal use of the leased space. The building gets to know the user and the user gets to know the building. The concept was initially intended as a learning tool and was later brought into production in a different form.
